Orders must be placed 4 days prior to your pickup date.

Pickup will be available at our headquarters in McKinney, Texas. Exact address will be provided in the confirmation email. We would recommend picking up your jumbo balloon the day before or the day of your event. Jumbo balloons need to be stored indoors and away from direct sunlight. Please do not leave them in your car while running errands. Please try to make us your last stop before your destination. Any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
